If you’re in Palm Springs and looking for an incredible drop in experience, get yourself to Roll Dogs. It’s off the beaten path a bit. Don’t be scared. Gino and his people have heart, grit, knowledge and are eager to share even with a tourist like me, just there for the day. I’ll be back next time I bring the family back to the desert for vacation.
